The condo boasts 18" designer tile throughout, huge sliders for great views, and all the room you need for your vacation. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This condo has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The 2nd BR has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is set up with 2 twins to allow sleeping up to 6 in the unit. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. If a traveler cancels up to 60 days before their stay, they are given a 100% refund and are not charged any booking fees. For the bookings cancelled up to 30 days in advance, the traveler receives a 50% refund and is charged booking fees on that portion.
