At Daytona Beachfront Rentals our philosophy is to offer only the newest and most luxurious Beachfront condos in the area. Our properties are all very large with expansive balconies and all are high end luxury with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and decorator finishes. Our condos are all in buildings with high end amenities like resort style pools, fitness centers, club room, underground parking and more
Our Vision
Our belief is that travelers would prefer to stay in spacious high end accommodations instead of small cookie cutter hotel rooms. When groups stay in a single 2, 3, or 4 BR condo the price per person is cheaper than nearly all hotels and the space and amenities are far superior. Check out our rentals to see the difference.

With over 10 years experience in the luxury vacation rental management business Chris brings his knowledge and expertise to Daytona Beachfront Rentals. As a rental owner himself with condos in the Bella Vista, Ocean Vistas and Aruba buildings Chris knows what renters like and is committed to making all of our rentals a high end luxury experience. As a licensed Realtor Chris also works with buyers and sellers to find the perfect home, vacation home or rental property.
From matching renters to the perfect property to helping rental owners maximize their investment Chris has a proven track record of success with both renters and owners having a great experience.
Peggy Houdyshell
Co-Owner
With over 35 years in leadership in Customer Service Operations at companies like GTE/Verizon and Bright House Cable – Peggy brings an energetic commitment to Customer Satisfaction to every interaction. She has been providing onsite property management services for luxury oceanfront properties at Ocean Vistas since 2016, receiving numerous Outstanding reviews from past Guests and successfully establishing relationships with returning Guests to welcome them back year after year.
