Aruba 1205 -Fantastic Oceanfront condo, amazing views from this Brand New 2 BR 2 bath condo plus office.
NOTE - The building currently does not have private beach access or pool or hot tub access as the seawall is rebuilt from Hurricane Nicole. The tentative date for restoration of that is Summer 2023 sometime. Rates reflect a discount for that status.
You will fall in love with the views and the open layout of this 12th floor condo. The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. Enjoy dining outside with sweeping ocean views from the table. There are incredible ocean views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The 2nd bedroom and office showcase incredible wide river views. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The 2nd BR has a queen bed . The office has a desk and a twin day bed as well. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. If a traveler cancels up to 60 days before their stay, they are given a 100% refund and are not charged any booking fees. For the bookings cancelled up to 30 days in advance, the traveler receives a 50% refund and is charged booking fees on that portion.
