Aruba 1205 -Fantastic Oceanfront condo, amazing views from this Brand New 3 BR 2 bath condo.

You will fall in love with the views and the open layout of this 12th floor condo. The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. There are incredible ocean views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view. The 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom showcase incredible wide river views. The Kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities you would want including a Keurig, flat screen TV and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The 2nd and 3rd BRs have queen beds . The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities. Bedrooms - Master/King, 2nd BR/Queen, 3rd BR/queen, living room full pull-out.

Due to the modern glass features and sharp edges we have set an age limit for our guests of 14 years of age or older.

If a traveler cancels up to 60 days before their stay, they are given a 100% refund and are not charged any booking fees. For the bookings cancelled up to 30 days in advance, the traveler receives a 50% refund and is charged booking fees on that portion.
